It is a unique blend of oils and minor ingredients that meet all of the Essential Fatty Acid needs of your body.
Udo’s Oil is made from the oils of certified organic flax, sunflower and sesame seeds, with unrefined oils from the germs of rice and oats, evening primrose oil and GMO-free lecithin. The oil has a pleasant nutty taste and adds flavour to any dish such as pasta or rice, but it must not be used for cooking. Udo’s Choice Oil Blend should be kept refrigerated and consumed within eight weeks of opening. It can be frozen for up to 18 months to extend shelf life.

Ingredients:
Flax seed oil, sunflower seed oil, sesame seed oil, coconut oil, evening primrose oil (12.6 mg gla/15ml), soy lecithin, rice bran and rice germ oils, oils, oat bran and oat germ oils tocotrienol; the oils in this blend supply a range or fatty acids including a 2:1:1 ratio of Omega 3, 6 & 9.
Directions:
Pour around 3-4 dessert spoons of this nutritious oil on your food. Delicious on prepared foods such as pasta, rice, vegetables etc. Also superb in salad dressings, yoghurts, and even cereals and porridge. The only limitation is you imagination. The cloudy layer is natural, just shake gently before use. Do not heat or use oil for frying.
